Just looking at that darling, innocent face and that little body you would never guess what this kid is capable of. Sorry if this is inappropriate or grosses you out, but if there was a projectile poop contest this kid would definitely get the blue ribbon!Case in point...yesterday at church I went to change the little man during Sunday School (note: at the beginning of the class) and just as I'm wiping him up he decides to explode! Thank goodness he was aimed at the wall and not me or else no one would've wanted to sit by me in Relief Society. But even though I was spared, poop was everywhere--his changing pad was covered and it took me until the end of the class to get him, the counter, the wall, and yes, the floor cleaned up!
Still not convinced? Here's another example...little John loves his baths. I know they say babies only need to be bathed a couple times a week but it's so fun to see him squirm and giggle in the water that bath time has become part of our nightly routine. But lately, as soon as we put the dude in the clean water he explodes all over the infant tub! So we pull him out, rinse his now messy body in the tap water, clean out the tub, fill it back up, and then...a second explosion! I'm not exactly sure what I'm feeding him but this kid has got some intestinal gusto!
I could give many more examples (we've had it in the face, up sweater sleeves, all over big J's tux at my sister's wedding, shot across the living room) but I think I'll rest my case. At least if he wins 1st place for his poop shooting maybe I can get a blue ribbon for being the best poop cleaner-upper?

haha! I love it! ohhh man the joys of motherhood! I know Court...Tucker is growing soooo fast! I don't know what he weighs now, but at his 2 month he was 12 lbs. We don't have another apt until he's 4 months old so I won't know what he weighs unless I go weigh him at the women's center here. Little John sure is cute :) Oh and I'm happy you're keeping your other blog, I check it sometimes just to see, so I'll keep checking it!!
Oh my goodness! Wow, he definitely wins 1st place at poop shooting! :) I can only think of once that Grace really shot it at me. How awful for it to happen at church though! He is such a beautiful baby. You guys did a great job!
Does this make you a world class pooper-scooper? I can think of other things for which you might like to be recognized......... I just know that the smiles make it all worth it!
Wow, that's amazing. C was never a pro pooper but he was amazing at shooting his pee everywhere -- although once, I do remember catching his poop in my hands to avoid getting it on our new sofa. But still -- you win. Wow!
